2.1 — Age RequirementYou must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on wend4d and to place any wager or participate in any game on the platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. wend4d may request documentary evidence of age at any time, and any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all associated funds may be forfeited.
2.2 — ResidencyThe wend4d platform is operated and marketed with primary reference to the Indonesian market. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for the individual player and that you bear sole responsibility for determining the legal status of online gambling in your location.
2.3 — CapacityYou must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated, who have been self-excluded from the platform, or whose accounts have been previously terminated by wend4d for violations of these Terms are not eligible to register or hold an active account.
2.4 — Single AccountEach individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the wend4d platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of associated balances.
Age Restriction Notice: wend4d employs automated and manual age verification processes. Any Player found to have misrepresented their age at registration will have their account permanently suspended. 21+ only — no exceptions.
3.1 — Registration InformationWhen registering an account on wend4d, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 — Account SecurityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. wend4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You should notify wend4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].
3.3 — Account Approvalwend4d reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where wend4d reasonably suspects that the registration information provided is false, incomplete, or duplicates an existing account.
3.4 — Name and Payment ConsistencyThe name registered on your wend4d account must match the name on the bank account, e-wallet, or payment instrument used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches between account name and payment instrument name will prevent withdrawal processing and may trigger a KYC review.
4.1 — Verification Triggerwend4d may request identity verification at any point during a Player's account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, when cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds, or when account activity triggers an automated risk review. wend4d's KYC requirements are consistent with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) standards.

5.2 — Deposit ProcessingDeposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to a Player's Account balance as soon as the corresponding payment is confirmed in wend4d's payment systems, typically within five minutes. USDT deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain network confirmations. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within the p latform interface.
5.3 — Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawal requests are processed within five minutes on average for Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallets, subject to successful completion of KYC verification where applicable. USDT withdrawals are processed to the Player's nominated wallet address within thirty minutes of approval. wend4d reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements for large or unusual withdrawal patterns.
5.4 — Withdrawal RestrictionsPlayers may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in their own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited as an anti-money-laundering control. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method category used for deposits — for example, funds deposited via BCA bank transfer must be withdrawn to a BCA account registered in the Player's name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the platform interface.
5.5 — Transaction Feeswend4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their own bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network (e.g., blockchain gas fees for USDT transfers).
5.6 — Bonus Wagering RequirementsWithdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as detailed in Clause 6. Attempted withdrawal of non-wagered bonus amounts will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited at the time of withdrawal approval.
6.1 — Bonus TermsAll bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives awarded by wend4d are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. These include wagering requirements (the multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted), game restrictions (which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage), maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and expiry periods after which unused bonuses are forfeited.
6.2 — Wagering ContributionUnless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, wagering on different game types contributes to bonus wagering requirements at the following rates:
6.3 — Bonus Abusewend4d employs automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; coordinated wagering with other players to guarantee profit; use of betting strategies designed to minimise risk while clearing wagering requirements (e.g., betting both Red and Black simultaneously on roulette). Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently terminated.
6.4 — Bonus Eligibilitywend4d reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility for any Player or account at its sole discretion. Certain bonuses may be limited to first-time depositors, to Players from specific regions, or to accounts with verified KYC status. Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
7.1 — Binding AcceptanceOnce a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the wend4d platform, it is binding on the Player and cannot be cancelled or modified except in circumstances where wend4d identifies a clear pricing error or system malfunction. A bet is considered "accepted" when a confirmation message is displayed to the Player within the platform interface and the corresponding stake is deducted from the Player's account balance.
7.2 — Odds and LinesAll odds and betting lines are subject to change without notice up to the point of bet acceptance. wend4d strives to maintain competitive and accurate pricing, but errors may occasionally occur. wend4d reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds or lines (so-called "palpable errors") — for example, where decimal odds of 10.00 were displayed in error when the correct price should have been 1.10. 7.3 — Sports Betting SettlementAll sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body at the conclusion of the event. For football matches, the settlement time is 90 minutes plus injury time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "To Qualify" markets which include extra time and penalties). If an event is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
7.4 — Casino Game RTPAll casino games on wend4d display a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage. RTP is a theoretical value calculated over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee specific outcomes in individual sessions. 8.1 — Collusion and FraudPlayers must not engage in any form of collusive, fraudulent, or deceptive activity on the wend4d platform including but not limited to: coordinating bets with other players to guarantee profit; using stolen payment credentials; creating false identities; hacking or circumventing platform security systems; exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain; or engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or other integrity violations.
8.2 — Arbitrage and Bot UseArbitrage betting (placing bets on all possible outcomes of an event across multiple platforms to guarantee profit) and the use of automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place wagers are prohibited on wend4d. wend4d employs detection systems to identify such activity, and accounts found in violation will be suspended pending investigation.
8.3 — Money Launderingwend4d operates a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Players are prohibited from using the platform to launder funds or to facilitate any form of financial crime. wend4d monitors deposit and withdrawal patterns and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law. All withdrawals are subject to the requirement that deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted.

10.1 — Platform OwnershipAll content on the wend4d platform including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual materials are the exclusive property of wend4d or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
10.2 — Licence Grantwend4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 11.2 — Technical ErrorsIn the event of software malfunction, hardware failure, incorrect odds display, or other technical error, wend4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. wend4d's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the Player's original stake — no consequential or indirect losses will be compensated.
11.3 — Maximum LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wend4d's total aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising from or relating to the use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their wend4d account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the claim.
11.4 — Force Majeurewend4d shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where such failure is caused by events beyond wend4d's reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, pandemics, network infrastructure failures, or strikes.
12.1 — Grounds for Suspensionwend4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account immediately and without prior notice where wend4d reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity or security of the platform. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: operating multiple accounts; underage gambling; money laundering; collusion; bonus abuse; chargebacks; or providing false registration information.
12.2 — Account Closure by PlayerPlayers may request account closure at any time by contacting wend4d customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding non-wagered bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within seven (7) business days. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at wend4d's sole discretion.
12.3 — Post-Termination ObligationsTermination of your account does not release you from any obligations accrued prior to termination. wend4d retains the right to pursue any outstanding debts, reverse improperly awarded bonuses, and report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities even after account closure.
13.1 — Applicable LawThese Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or relating to the wend4d platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wend4d holds its operating licence.
